About a day prior to your booking, our brand strategist Shar will email or call to confirm your booking and ask a few preliminary questions about your business – your revenue range, your current marketing setup, what you’re trying to achieve. This helps us bring the right person into your strategic conversation, and means the 45 minutes we have together is spent on the strategy, not the basics.

03 · You meet with Catherine or Chelsea

Based on your situation and the tier most likely to fit, you’ll be booked in directly with either Catherine Langman, the founder of Productpreneur Marketing, or Chelsea, our senior strategist. Both have a decade-plus working with premium eCommerce brands. Whichever of us takes your call, you’re getting the senior strategic conversation – not a junior sales rep with a discovery script.

Common questions.

Is this really free?

Yes. No payment, no obligation, no automatic enrolment in anything. The session is genuinely free because we’d rather have a substantive conversation with the right twelve founders this month than a thirty-minute pitch with thirty wrong-fit ones.

About 45 minutes for the main strategic conversation with Catherine or Chelsea. Plus a shorter (~15 minute) preliminary call or email exchange with Shar beforehand to gather context.

Nothing formal. It helps if you can come ready to talk about your current stage of growth, your main marketing channels and metrics, your team and capacity, and what you’re hoping to achieve over the next 6–12 months. But we don’t need a deck or a brief – just a real conversation.

No. If we think a partnership tier makes sense for you, we’ll discuss it on the call itself.

For Brand Growth Partnership specifically, we’ll usually schedule a second call after the first – because before we recommend anything, I need analyst access to your platforms to make sure the strategy I’m proposing is grounded in your actual data, not assumptions. That’s the work, not the pitch.

For everything else, you’ll get one follow-up email if you want to think it over. Not a five-part automated sequence. We’re allergic to that kind of thing.

We’ll tell you on the call, and where possible we’ll point you toward providers or resources that are a better fit. We’d rather end the call honestly than keep you in our funnel if we’re not the right team for you.

We work predominantly with ANZ-based brands, but not exclusively. If you’re outside ANZ and a premium eCommerce brand we’d be a strong fit for, we’re genuinely interested in the conversation.
