This Australian eCommerce brand in the Womens Supplements space came to us with the goal to grow their online sales globally.
Having only just launched their online store, they’d already successfully been selling their products organically via their social media pages. But the consistency and scalability of eCommerce retail sales growth was brand new to them.
Whilst this brand does compete in a congested eCommerce space – there are many supplements brands on the market! But this brand’s niche – supplements to boost breastmilk supply – advertising on Facebook was always going to be tricky…

The Solution...
We designed a simple yet effective sales funnel using Facebook ads and Email Automation:
Build high quality, engaged audiences using content that is warm and supportive, and including lots of social proof (essential when selling to mothers).
Drive traffic to their online store promoting the most popular products, also promoting the subscriber discount (to grow their email list at the same time).
Ad creative and audience targeting designed specifically to suit their various different customer segments.
Retarget warm traffic with sequential messages and offers, depending on how recently they viewed the products or how far through the checkout they made it.
Next – we custom-designed, wrote and built all automated email flows in Klaviyo, to systemise and automate much of the sales.
The Results...
The single biggest leverage point in this campaign success was implementing a well thought-out audience segmentation, targeting and retargeting strategy.
Secondly, being able to produce creative that fit the brand’s cheeky brand voice but also getting it approved to publish on a notoriously boob-shy platform!
Additionally, writing and designing multiple creatives – using video and image – to appeal to different audience segments and to promote different core products.
Within 4 months, we grew this eCommerce store from website launch to multi-5 figure months, on-track for 7-figure year.
