This New Zealand brand in the competitive Kids Fashion space – Karibou Kids – came to us with the goal to grow their online sales. 

Having launched a few years earlier, they’d built a successful brand selling via both wholesale and eCommerce channels.

Write and design ad creative and select audience targeting that specifically to suits their various different customer segments. 

Retargeting warm traffic and ongoing email marketing with sequential messages and offers, depending on how recently they viewed the products or how far through the checkout they made it. 

The Results...

The single biggest leverage point in this campaign success was implementing a well thought-out buyer journey and tailoring the design and messaging of all their advertising to appeal directly to their ideal customer.

This means: the website, emails and paid traffic are consistently reinforcing the same message, leading to increased sales conversions across the board.

Continuing to run the same retargeting ad to users who visited the website months ago (a mistake we see ALL the time!) will never achieve results like these!

And in 3 months, we have increased sales revenue by more than 130% – all while maintaining an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 8x!
