This beautiful Australian gift brand – Bell Art – designs and makes stunning gift items featuring the original artworks of still-life floral artist Meryl Bell.
Having launched several years ago, they’d built a very successful wholesale business.
But the higher-margin, more profitable retail sales growth had so far escaped them.
The problem was – they faced multiple challenges in moving to an eCommerce model:
They had none of the marketing systems or strategies in place to generate website traffic, acquire new customers, or repeat customers.

Their goal was to plan and implement the right digital marketing strategies to build their brand online and fast-track their direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales growth in their online store.
Not only has Bell Art enjoyed an enormous increase in DTC sales since they commenced working with us, but the marketing we've implemented has also helped them increase their wholesale sales even further!
We designed a comprehensive 'results action plan' designed to achieve Bell Art's growth goals:
In just 4 months we've been able to generate some stunning growth results:
1. Total revenue increase of over 620%!
2. Over 420% increase in orders placed online!
3. A 29% increase in average order value,
4. Nearly 90% increase in traffic (online store sessions), and
5. A 28% improvement in website conversion rate.
The single biggest leverage points in this campaign success were:
1. Adding an additional 16% in new revenue from Email – a brand new channel – 72% of which is completely automated via Klaviyo flows.
2. Adding an additional 25% in new revenue from Meta ads and 13% from Google ads – also both new channels.
3. A significant increase in wholesale sales as well as DTC retail sales! (This is important for any brand that sells via wholesale and eCommerce. You need to keep your stockists happy!)
The combination of improvements across each key metric, along with traffic from new channels, resulted in an increase in eCommerce revenue by more than 622% in just 4 months!
I don't know about you, but that's a pretty good result for any Shopify store!
While the brand continues to scale and grow, it’s important to mention that they are selling quality products and brands. That’s important. The best marketing strategy in the world won’t help if you’re trying to sell something of poor quality or that no one wants.
